CM701 Specs:

rate;
BPSK,QPSK mod;
52-88MHz, 104-176MHz, L-Band IF frequency ranges.
The output of the Wilmanco amplifier goes to the L-Band demodulator modem card.
The modem settings are:
1691MHz freq, 293883 symbol
rate, 1/2 rate Viterbi, no scrambling.
Satellite modems, like the CM701, can be found on Ebay for $200-$1000.
