While testing a new controller board for a nitrogen generator system at Total Vehicles Technology, ProEngineered Solutions was invited to investigate a problem on their existing brake machine. After solving the initial problem, we developed a better solution and delivered prototypes within a few weeks. The original complicated and expensive harness was replaced with a few simple point-to-point harnesses and a controller board. This dramatically increased reliability, reduced troubleshooting and servicing costs and additional system features were easily added. ProEngineered Solutions now delivers these boards in production quantities.
